here comes the sun

It's been pretty crazy around here lately.  And by crazy, I mean no time to eat or sleep or breathe crazy.  So you can imagine how nice it is to have a few calm days to take advantage of the beautiful weather and get recollected before my own wedding next week (!!!).  It's been a while since I've been able to experiment a little and do some personal work, so when Megan and Brittany decided to come down for some r&r I thought it would be the perfect time to use them for my own means :).  We headed out bright and early to catch some of this mornings "almost" summer rays and to celebrate everything that is summer.  The warmth, the ocean breeze, the sand in our toes, the smell of salt water, and the feeling of a new, calm, exciting season.  Thought I'd share a little bit to get you into the summer spirit:

Casey Jo and Zack-Casanova Wedding

Sometimes, two people just make sense.  You can try to explain it away with cliches like "good chemistry" or "similar values", but when it comes down to it there is just that thing...that indescribable thing that makes people stare in awe at how completely perfect these two beings are together. Casey and Zack have that. Casey is such a free-spirited beauty, while Zack has a calm, relaxed demeanor, and they not only compliment but truly bring out the best in the other.  When you watch them together, you feel almost as if you're witnessing something that you shouldn't, like you've walked into an intimate moment that was meant only for them.  And that is why I was so, so excited to be able to capture their wedding this past weekend.  We had a little set back with the rain, but it halted just long enough for the ceremony.  Once the ceremony ended it picked up again, but everyone was so excited to celebrate that it didn't matter.  Here are a few of my favorites.
